Key Elements of the Partnership听
Supporting Climate Action in Music: Ecotricity will be the headline sponsor of POP3, a full-day event on 20 November dedicated to exploring the power of music to inspire climate action that will culminate in a live show. As part of this, Ecotricity will take part in panel sessions and share the company鈥檚 knowhow from three decades at the forefront of the global climate movement.听
Artist and Industry Engagement: Ecotricity will sponsor PROPELLER, Future Yard鈥檚 artist development session focused on sustainability in the music industry, with Ecotricity representatives contributing expert insights.听
Sustainable Travel Month: In May 2025, Ecotricity and Future Yard will tackle the environmental impact of travel to concerts, with Merseyrail offering free rail travel to attendees of selected shows at Future Yard. This will culminate in Wax & Gears, a one-day event on 31 May of emerging music, sustainable practice and climate activism, taking place at a pedal-powered arena in Future Yard鈥檚 outdoor space.听听

This partnership is part of Ecotricity鈥檚 broader commitment to supporting Liverpool鈥檚 role as the world鈥檚 first UN Climate Accelerator City.
